Medicine Within is a grounded, earth-based healing experience designed to reconnect you with the wisdom of the Animal Kingdom and the sacred rhythms of Mother Earth.

Inspired by the teachings of the Medicine Wheel, this session invites you into a ceremonial space where we consult with your Spirit Animals and work alongside the guidance of the Four Directions and ancestral wisdom.

Before your session begins, the space is gently prepared and the medicine is consulted through oracle guidance, revealing the animal guides and energetic themes present for your healing.

As you settle into the experience, the space is cleansed with sacred herbs such as sage or palo santo, while soft ceremonial music helps bring the body and mind into a calm, receptive state.

From here the healing unfolds intuitively.

Working with the chakra system, we sense where energy may be stagnant, blocked or calling for attention. Through crystal medicine, sound bowls, tuning forks and intuitive energy work, we allow the medicine revealed through your animal guides and the directions to restore balance and flow.

Animal Guides often step forward during the session, offering their wisdom, protection and guidance. Messages and insights are shared as they arise, allowing you to relax into the journey and receive the medicine that is ready for you.

Many clients experience deep grounding, emotional release, or a renewed sense of connection to their inner strength.
