This session was born in 2023 during a period of deep spiritual connection when I found myself repeatedly drawn to the energy of light codes and the presence of the Lyran High Council.

As I began working more intentionally with these frequencies, I was guided to hold a sacred space and allow this higher intelligence to work through the session.

Light codes are energetic patterns that carry information capable of awakening consciousness, activating spiritual awareness, and supporting the evolution of the energy body.

The purpose of UNLOCK is exactly what the name suggests — to gently activate and unlock the next spiritual pathway that your soul is ready to step into.

What Happens During an UNLOCK Session

Each session begins by opening a sacred space through grounding, prayer, and intention so that the work may be received with ease and grace and only for your highest good.

Before the energy work begins, I take a moment to tune into your energy field and draw from a set of sacred geometry healing cards and activations. These help provide insight into the themes and energies that may wish to come forward during your session.

At the beginning of the energy work I gently hold and connect with the ankles, helping to anchor and stabilise the body’s energy field and create a grounded foundation for the work that follows.

A specifically attuned set of crystals is then placed on the bodyand within the energy field. These crystals are dedicated solely to UNLOCK sessions and are carefully stored in a sacred box when not in use so they maintain the energetic integrity of this work.

From there I move through a sequence of gentle touch points along the body — including the knees, hips, arms, and shoulders. These are the points I feel intuitively guided to connect with as I channel and direct the energy during the session.

Throughout the session the guidance of the Lyran High Council supports the process as the energy field begins to balance, activate, and harmonise.

The energy within this session can feel highly vibrational and activating, and many clients experience profound energetic shifts during the session.

Because the work continues beyond the session itself, the body and energy field may take up to two weeks to fully integrate the energetic changes.
