A Crystal Healing Infusion is a 60-minute experience created to support relaxation, balance and your overall sense of wellbeing. Every session is different and intuitively tailored to you, using a combination of crystal healing, sound, colour and other energetic techniques.

You don't need to know anything about crystals or energy healing, and you don't need to arrive with something that needs to be "fixed." You can simply come because you'd love an hour where nobody needs anything from you.

Some people experience colours or imagery, tingling or warmth, while others simply drift in and out of a deeply relaxed state.

There's no right way to experience it. Just come as you are, get comfortable and allow yourself to switch off for a while.

If you work shifts or full-time hours and would prefer a Saturday morning, simply book an available appointment online and then get in touch to request a Saturday.
