During the session, I tune into the energetic field of one focus area — a person, home, land, or business — and harmonise key energetic points using crystal frequencies, light-based clearing, and intuitive guidance. The intention is to stabilise and recalibrate the energy, creating a clearer and more supportive foundation.

At times, energy from external influences or environments can linger within a field and contribute to fatigue or disruption. This session also supports the gentle clearing and release of any such energies, allowing everything to return to its rightful balance.
