THE POWER RECALL is a guided Hathor Light Activation and Soul Retrieval Journey created to help you call your energy home, reconnect with your truth and reclaim the power that has always existed within you.
If you’ve been feeling scattered, drained, disconnected from yourself, or as though you’ve given too much of your energy away to people, situations, expectations, responsibilities or experiences, this meditation is an invitation to come back to YOU.
During this journey, you’ll be guided through energetic clearing, grounding, remembrance and reclamation, supported by the loving frequency of Hathor.
You’ll journey to the sacred Sycamore Tree beside the Nile, release what no longer belongs in your field, call home the aspects of yourself that are ready to return, and reconnect with your own wisdom, truth, light and personal power.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you are beneath the noise, expectations and roles you’ve carried.
🖤 Call your energy home
🖤 Release what is no longer yours
🖤 Reconnect with your truth
🖤 Reclaim your light
🖤 Remember your power
There is nothing you need to see, feel or make happen during this meditation. Simply allow yourself to receive whatever this journey holds for you.

🌿 Rebirth & Release – A Guided Meditation of Earth, Stars & Spirit 🌿 Recorded during Matariki, the Māori New Year — a powerful time of reflection, release, and rebirth — this meditation is a sacred journey woven with healing frequencies, ancestral support, and celestial light.
Tuned to the Earth’s natural pulse — the 7.83Hz Schumann Resonance — to help calm your nervous system, regulate your energy, and anchor your spirit. Bathed in the Rose Frequency of Mary Magdalene, this heart-led activation brings deep compassion, soul remembrance, and energetic cleansing. Connect with Pleiadian energies through the crystalline wisdom of Azurite, guiding you to expand your intuition and access higher guidance.
Guided by Marama the pīwakawaka (fantail) — a sacred spirit messenger — whose song was captured live in Pukekura Park, grounding you in joy, playfulness, and transformation. Receive deep energetic healing from Tuna (eel) — guardian of the waters — offering emotional release, ancestral clearing, and support through times of change. Journey through the inner labyrinth, inspired by the sacred pathways of Pukekura Park — inviting you to let go, reflect, and be reborn. This is more than a meditation — it’s a vibrational experience, a homecoming to your own essence, and a gentle return to balance during this sacred Matariki season.
